No matter it is business or politics, we are here to serve the human and help human grow. As businesses are one of the most important units of our society in which people spend most of their time, it is important to have an organization which considers people as humans not tools or mechanisms or systems. HCO is a try for designing and developing organizations in a way which people could be seen as humans. HCO believes that if we design a human-centered organization, the financial aspects would come as a byproduct. There are two pillars in our values:
